In 2016 Coskun Kenar, Lucas del Rio Estévez and Jason Angelakos founded the movement (Basel, CH), a non-profit organisation that inspires people to develop their potential through movement, dance and the Hip Hop arts. Furthermore the association aims to  foster these artistic and cultural practices.

In May 2018 the movement established its own centre for movement, education and hip-hop arts called the movement spot. Lucas was co-founder of the movement spot and co-director until the end of the year 2019.

The movement established the international urban dance battle the movement arena, which has taken place regularly since its inception, attracting artists from all corners of the world
